Examining core Files from Linux Programs under LKP

Linux processes running under LKP dump core in the Unix core file format. Unfortunately, Linux debuggers (including the version of gdb that runs on the LKP side) do not understand this format. The lxcore utility is provided to convert a Unix-format core file from a Linux program running under LKP into a linux-format core file suitable for debugging by Linux debuggers. See the lxcore(1M) manual page for details.
